MICE OS adalah layanan perangkat lunak untuk mengelola penjualan ruang meeting hotel, dijalankan dari Indonesia. Untuk data yang Anda kirim melalui situs ini, kami bertindak sebagai pengendali data pribadi.

MICE OS is a software service for managing the sale of hotel meeting rooms, operated from Indonesia. For data you send through this site, we act as the controller of personal data.

• Formulir demo: nama, jabatan, nama hotel, kota, dan email kerja. Nomor WhatsApp dan pesan hanya bila Anda mengisinya.
• Pengamanan formulir: alamat IP Anda tidak kami simpan. Yang disimpan hanya hash satu arah, untuk membatasi pengiriman berulang.
• Kunjungan situs: kami tidak memasang cookie pelacak, iklan, atau analitik. Pilihan bahasa disimpan di penyimpanan lokal browser Anda. Penyedia infrastruktur kami memproses data teknis seperti alamat IP untuk mengirim halaman dan menjaga keamanan.

• Data hotel: ruangan, harga, acara, dan klien yang dimasukkan hotel. Untuk data ini hotel adalah pengendali, dan MICE OS adalah prosesor yang bertindak atas instruksi hotel.

• Demo form: name, job title, hotel name, city and work email. WhatsApp number and message only if you fill them in.
• Form protection: we do not store your IP address. Only a one-way hash is kept, to limit repeated submissions.
• Site visits: we do not place tracking cookies, ads or analytics. Your language choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. Our infrastructure provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• App users (app.miceos.id): the name and email used to sign in (a Google account or a one-time code sent by email; codes are stored hashed and deleted within 1 day), role, activity in the app (holds, bookings, approvals) and audit records.
• Hotel data: rooms, prices, events and clients entered by the hotel. For this data the hotel is the controller, and MICE OS is the processor acting on the hotel’s instructions.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Your consent when you submit the form, delivery of the service to the hotel, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

• Demo requests: for as long as needed to follow up, at most 24 months after the last contact, or sooner if you ask for deletion.
• Hotel data in the app: while the hotel uses the service. When it stops, the data is exported for the hotel, then deleted at the hotel’s request.

Sesuai Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Anda berhak meminta akses, perbaikan, atau penghapusan data Anda, menarik persetujuan, mengajukan keberatan, dan meminta salinan data.

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, object to processing, and ask for a copy of your data.

The safeguards we apply are described in the Security section on the home page. No system is completely secure. If an incident affects personal data, we notify the parties concerned as the regulations require.
